PSD: If you are not receiving communication from the school, please follow these steps: 1. Check your spam folder in your email. (Add us to your contacts or "whitelist" to keep our emails from being filtered as spam.) 2. Save the school messenger number to your phone. Many cell services are pre-labeling robocalls as potential spam and not letting them ring through. By adding us to your contacts, you'll be sure to receive calls. 3. Clear your email inbox if it is full. We have received a few emails kicked back because the inbox is full and can't fit new emails. If you still have trouble with communication, please call your building and make sure all of your contact information is up-to-date!
Attention PSD: Please take a moment to read this important letter from Mr. Misner on the recent Board of Ed approval to move to four days a week instruction for third trimester. Also, please check your email tomorrow for further details from buildings. https://5il.co/pocs

Panthers: Due to weather conditions and potential for worsening roads, tomorrow (Friday, Feb 5th) will be a SNOWDAY. This means it will be a snow day for ALL students (both virtual and in-person classes are canceled). PELC childcare will be open. Stay safe PSD! #weareparchment
PSD: We will be holding a virtual, asynchronous day on Tuesday, Feb 2nd for our staff to be vaccinated. Students will have work to complete at home from their teachers. Thank you for being flexible with this important change!
PSD: Please review our snow day policy in regards to our hybrid model. Mr. Misner has explained what will happen IF we get a snow day this year. #weareparchment *Image Transcription* 1/25/21 Good Afternoon, We wanted to take a moment to update you on snow days and how they will look in the event one is warranted. We will still have snow days on scheduled in-person instructional days. This means that ALL classes in the Parchment School District would be canceled for that day if the conditions warrant a closure. This is for both in-person and virtual/remote instruction. This means that ALL students would have a snow day if one is called. Let me be clear, we have NOT called a snow day! This is just solidifying what it would be like IF we have conditions that require an emergency closure due to weather. Respectfully, Jason Misner Superintendent
