POLICIES AND FORMS

All students and parents must read the Acceptable Use Policy Form and  Device Agreement Form before receiving an account to access district devices, network, and Internet at Parchment School District. After reviewing these policies, please use the AUP Form to sign and agree online.

It is important for high school students and families to also consider getting device insurance for the Chromebook they are assigned, to help cover any accidents that occur with the device they take home. The Device Insurance Form is for high school students only.

• Fill out the insurance form only if your child is taking home a district owned device.

• If you'd like to make an online payment for device insurance, you can do so via SchoolPay.
