Congratulations to the varsity softball team on winning the Quincy Invitational this afternoon. The Panthers defeated Madison in game one 9-1. The bats stayed alive in the second game defeating host Quincy 13-2.

Congratulations to the Southwestern Athletic Conference Senior Scholar recipients who were invited to attend the banquet this afternoon. Senior scholars must earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, earn at least four varsity letters in two sports throughout their high school career. Parchment had the second most athletes invited in our 18-school league invited this year.

Huge shout out to our JV softball team on their resiliency and determination to battle back. Our team trailed 14-0 after the first half inning and kept battling, to eventually win the game 25-24! The Panthers also won game two by a final of 15-6.

Congratulations to junior Kayden Hailey and his Kalamazoo Eagles hockey team on capturing the Division 1 regional championship on Wednesday evening with a double overtime victory over GR Forest Hills Central by a final score of 3-2. The Eagles advance to the quarterfinal against Sparta at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at Kentwood Ice Arena. The winner advances to the state semifinals.
