Parents/Guardians,
Please follow the link at the bottom if you would like to switch your high school student's educational program for second trimester. You only need to complete this form if your student is switching from hybrid to virtual, or virtual to hybrid for second trimester. If you plan to have your student continue in their current program, please do NOT complete this form. Please note that once you make the decision about programming for second trimester, your student must remain in that program throughout the entire trimester. Students may not switch mid-trimester.
The Parchment Virtual Academy (PVA) will continue to use the Edmentum program, and will operate the same as first trimester. All students will have five classes that need to be completed for the 12 week trimester. The Hybrid program will continue to operate the same as first trimester, with the face-to-face A and B cohorts remaining the same, virtual instruction on Wednesdays, and asynchronous instruction on students' non face-to-face days. If you have questions about Hybrid, please contact the high school at 488-1100.
**This form must be completed by Wednesday, November 11, 2020. Your student will stay in their current program if we do not receive a form for your student.
