This summer, Parchment High School will again be offering a free summer school credit recovery program. We strongly encourage students who are behind in credits or want to make up required failed courses, to participate in summer school to ensure that they are on track to graduate.
This year's summer school program will be virtual instruction with an in-person lab for student support and test taking. Virtual classes can be completed both during in-person summer school (in a computer lab with a proctor present) and/or from home. All tests must be completed during an in-person lab. There will be a mandatory orientation for Summer School . The calendar for summer school is as follows:
Summer School Dates: June 17 - August 08
*The lab will be closed during the week of July 4th, but students can still work on classes remotely during that time.
Summer School Times: Summer School labs will operate 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (no Fridays). Students will have 24/7 access to each summer school course.
Free breakfast and lunch will be provided for all participating students. If you would like your student to participate in summer school, please complete the Summer School 2024 Registration Form by Friday, May 17th. A schedule will then be created for your students based on the courses that they need to take, and that schedule will be communicated with students and parents before the conclusion of the school year.
