Freshmen students are required to attend Freshmen Orientation on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. New students are encouraged to attend and become familiar with the High School.
This is an opportunity for students to be prepared for a successful first week of High School. It is imperative that Freshmen students attend.
Parents, please drop your student off at the front of the High School by 2:00 p.m. and plan on picking them back up at 4:00 p.m. This is a student only event.
Orientation will include:
- 2023/2024 Schedules
- Chromebooks
- Guided Tours
- School Pictures and ID Cards - Bring your picture packet
- Free Class T-shirt
- Icebreakers and games
Please fill out and return the following items with your student (all items are being mailed to you):
- Student Profile – required - please update/correct all information
- this updated information is crucial for mailings and/or emergencies
- “Acceptable Use Protocol” form - required for student to access computers/internet
- Chromebook “Device” Agreement - required to receive a Chromebook
- Chromebook Insurance - optional but recommended
- Directory Information Release - optional
- Transportation Request - this form MUST be filled out for each student
- Picture packet
