Re: Plans for July 23rd Commencement
Information for Commencement
The ceremony will be held on July 23rd and start 7 p.m. at the high school.
We request graduates with a last name from A-M come from 7-8 pm and N-Z from 8-done. This is to avoid a long wait in the heat.
Event will be outside at the athletic complex
All staff and students will be required to wear a mask.
Each graduate and family will be allowed one normal sized vehicle.
During the event, family members will have to remain in their cars.
Vehicles will line up and staff will indicate when each graduate can exit their vehicle.
Each graduate will be given a card with their name on it to give to the announcer.
When it is their turn, they will approach the stage, their name will be announced, and they will walk up on the stage.
The Superintendent and HS Principal will be on the stage and pose for a photo. REMEMBER to bring you diploma cover if you want it in the picture!!!
The Graduate will then exit the stage on the other side, receive a program, return to their vehicle and depart.

We will provide:
-Photographer to capture the moment.
-Video – we will live stream the event (link will be posted ahead of time).
**Weather issues – We will broadcast and post a reschedule for Friday the 24th or Saturday the 25th.
