Grad Bash Tickets

The cost of Grad Bash is $25 per graduate (This includes round-trip transportation, food, music, entertainment, prizes, and surprises throughout the evening!). Permission slip must be completed and signed by both parent/guardian and graduate, even if they are 18 years old.

Make checks payable to POPS Grad Bash 2011
Write your graduate's name on the memo line.
Payment and signed permission slip may be hand delivered to the high school (Main Office) or mailed by Friday, June 3rd to:
